We, of course, prioritize your satisfaction with every order of The City products so we carefully check each and every product before shipping them out to you. If however, in any circumstances, your order doesn't fit or is damaged we may allow you to exchange it for a new one.
If an order doesn't fit, please fill out this form so we can process your exchange. Please process your request within seven (7) days of receipt of your order.
Please take note that:
- Returns and exchanges are only allowed when the item does not fit you or is damaged.
- Exchange is only allowed for the same product. Changing of style or color is not allowed.
- Products must be unused to be qualified for an exchange or a return.
- Return shipping cost will be shouldered by the customer.
